Project brief and enquiries

BASEFORM does not submit or store information entered in the guided commercial project brief. Choosing “Email this brief” opens your own email application, and your email provider handles the message under its own privacy terms.

Property booking, accounts and delivery

When you choose to continue from the property booking page, you leave this website and enter the BASEFORM booking portal provided through HDPhotoHub. Information entered there may include your account and contact details, property address, selected services, appointment preferences, access notes, order history and delivered media. HDPhotoHub processes that information to provide booking, scheduling, communication, payment and media-delivery functions under its privacy policy and terms.

The BASEFORM gateway does not send a package selection, offer, name, email address, phone number or property details to the booking portal. Final package selection and booking details are entered directly in the portal.

Online payments

Where an online payment option is offered in the booking portal, payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Payment availability, timing and any deposit requirement are shown in the booking flow. Do not send card details to BASEFORM by email.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics”, this website uses Google Analytics 4 and may use Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, clicks, scrolling and other interactions. These services use cookies or similar identifiers and process information under their own privacy terms. BASEFORM does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details or brief contents to these analytics services.

You can decline analytics without affecting the website or booking portal. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to review your website choice, or clear this site’s browser storage.
